Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Breromi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact shop@breromi.com. We’re happy to assist with filing a claim.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, you will be issued store credit. If the item is sold out, store credit will still be provided.
Refund & Return Policy
Final Sale
All Breromi purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. We offer the choice of a replacement or a full refund once the item is returned to us.
Window: You must contact us at shop@breromi.com within 15 days of delivery to start the process.
Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.
