General Shipping
Please allow 5–15 business days for processing prior to shipment. Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Pre-Order Shipping
Large Claw Cliques are currently available for preorder, with an estimated shipping timeframe of 5–6 weeks.
During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we thoughtfully prepare each order.
Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Breromi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact shop@breromi.com. We are happy to assist by filing a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier.
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, you will be issued store credit to repurchase the item. If the item is sold out, store credit will still be issued.
Returns & Replacements
As a small, independently operated brand, we are unable to offer refunds on non-defective items at this time.
If you receive an item that is defective or arrives damaged, we are pleased to assist with a replacement or refund.
Size Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Replacement or exchanged items will be shipped once the original item has been received.
