General Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to process. You’ll receive an email when your order label is created, with tracking information.

Returns/Replacements

Since Breromi is ran by a small team, we do not offer refunds at this time. However, defective items may be returned/refunded, or replaced.

Return any defective merchandise by mail.

Contact shop@breromi.com with your order number to process your return.

Returns made within 15 days of the order delivery date will be issued refund to the original form of payment.
