We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the Claw Clique and Hair Clique. Because we are an independent brand operating with limited-run production, all sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at shop@breromi.com within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges Due to our current production model, we cannot offer standard exchanges at this time.
