Processing

Processing and ship dates are listed in each product's description. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

United States

Standard shipping is $6.90 and arrives in 3–5 business days once shipped.

International

We ship to over 200 countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Lost or stolen orders

Reach out within 7 days of your expected delivery date and our team will look into it right away.

Lost in transit: if tracking shows your order never reached you, for example it stopped updating or was returned to us, we'll send a replacement.

Marked delivered but not received: if tracking says your order was delivered but you can't find it, email shop@breromi.com. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier and send you a discount for your next order.

Package protection (optional)
Add package protection at checkout for extra peace of mind. If a protected order is stolen or marked delivered but not received, we'll send a replacement. Package protection is non-refundable.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
